With over ten years experience specializing in office and industrial space in the Twin Cities western metro market, Nick Leviton has the experience and knowledge needed to negotiate successful transactions. Since joining the company in 2004 he has completed more than 200 lease and sale transactions with a total value of over 50 million dollars in consideration.
Working with both institutional and entrepreneurial clients, Nick has built his portfolio of properties under representation to over a million square feet. He is in the market day in, day out and knows who is looking and what prices are being paid. On his clients’ behalf Nick collects this detailed market information in order to provide an accurate, up-to-date picture of the market.
In addition to working with his private clients Nick draws valuable experience as a member of a 14-person brokerage team that completed transactions totaling more than 11.2 million square feet in 2012 alone.
